Design Engineering Heat Sheath™ Aluminized Sleeving provides reliable protection for hoses, wires, cables, and fluid lines exposed to extreme heat and abrasion. Constructed from 19 oz high-temperature fiberglass insulation bonded to a durable aluminized outer layer, it reflects radiant heat up to 2000°F while withstanding direct heat up to 500°F. Reinforced with aramid fiber thread, Heat Sheath delivers excellent abrasion resistance, flame-retardant performance, and long-term durability, while also shielding components from oil, fuel, chemicals, dirt, grease, and road debris. Designed for easy slip-on installation, it helps keep lines cooler, flexible, and protected in demanding automotive and industrial environments. Proudly made in the USA.
