Cut a strip of tape slightly longer than the opening. Then stick the tape over the hole.
Press the edge of the tape firmly so that the tape can be tightly bonded to the underbelly material.
If you have a blow dryer or heat gun at hand, apply heat to the tape. It would stick stronger. Do not overheat.
